Why the blog is about The Hunger Games: I think it’s the greatest book series i’ve ever read that’s why. Reading is something I love to do, but don’t do too often. There’s just so many books out there and I’m very picky. For example I’ll start a book but if it does’nt grab my interest I never finish it. What I look for in a book is the following: Unique (kids forced to fight to the death) never heard that one before. Strong characters that are vivid: Katniss, Peeta, Haymitch, Gale etc. Finally can I out smart the book, like predicting what’s going to happen next: NO. That’s one of the things that hook people you don’t ever know where it’s going to lead. Suzanne Collins does a great job in both The Hunger Games and Catching Fire of misleading us, so we can never stay ahead of the game.
